To change your account password, please e-mail support@anlaystonline.net requesting your new username/password. We will then e-mail you back with your new details. If you do not request specific details, we will assign a random value and apply that to your account.

To update your account details, please click the ‘Your Account’ link under the Member Menu section on the right hand side of the page. Click on ‘My Profile’ and then update any relevant details making sure to click submit at the bottom of the page to save your changes. Please note all fields marked with an asterisk must be filled to successfully save any changes. If you have a new mobile number and you are on our SMS Trade Alert Service, we suggest that you e-mail support@analystonline.net with your new details also.

Once you have decided which package you require, one of our representatives will take you through the payment process to activate your subscription. Payments are taken at the start of any period of subscription and renewal is automatic. If you wish to cancel your subscription you must inform us by telephone call or e-mail no later than 5 business days prior to your next billing date. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Once you have logged in www.analystonline.net you need to click on the ‘Download now’ button on the right hand side of the page and follow the instructions. Make sure you have any previous versions removed from your PC. We suggest you save the program setup.exe to your desktop and then Run the installation program. Furthermore, there is a downloadable guide in PDF format to installing the monitor also. If you experience any problems during the install process or are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@rmisltd.co.uk and we will guide you through the process.

The Analyst Online web site uses some advanced technology to bring you the information you require as rapidly as possible and has been tested to work successfully using a range of browser services. Although all browsers support our website and Trade Alert Monitor, we have found that Mozilla Firefox works the fastest. Presently our Monitor is not compatible with Mac OS. Firefox can be found at the following location:

I get an error message when I try to install the Trade Alert Monitor, what shall I do?

If you receive a Windows error message when you try to install the Monitor from setup.exe then you are probably missing a Windows component file windowsbase.dll. This is part of Windows.NET 3.5. This software package can be downloaded and installed from:

I have installed the Trade Alert Monitor but I am not getting any alerts

I have installed the Trade Alert Monitor and the icon can be seen in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, but I am not getting any alerts when new messages are posted.


This is most commonly caused by the incorrect Username and Password being entered in the Configuration Screen. To check this right-click on the Monitor icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and click with your mouse on Show Configuration. Enter your Username and Password in the two fields, use the Username and Password you use to log into the Members Area of the Analyst Online web site. Then click on Test and Save Settings until you see a green 'tick' (you may have to do this more than once) and then click on Close and Start Monitoring. More detailed instructions can be obtained from the downloadable PDF guide.
